The following Terms and Conditions apply to products and services provided by Siokgi Media LLC. By onboarding, the client understands and agrees to Siokgi Media LLC's terms and conditions. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and any or all Agreements:

Client, You, and You are, refers to you, the person or business coming on board with Siokgi Media LLC, and accepting the Company terms and conditions.

The Company, Ourselves, We, Our, and Us refers to Siokgi Media LLC. Party, Parties, or Us refers to both the Client and ourselves, or the Client, or ourselves.

Intellectual Properties refers to all intellectual property rights of any nature, including (without limitation) patents, designs, present and future trademarks or copyrights, whether registered or registrable by any means, and the right to apply for the registration thereof.

Copyright is retained by Siokgi Media LLC on all design work comprising writing content, pictures, ideas, visuals, and illustrations unless specifically released in writing after the cost of these services is paid in full.

Product of Service means any deliverables due by Siokgi Media LLC per our contractual agreement.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our services, whether by formal meetings or any other means to meet the client's need concerning the provision of the company's stated services and subject to prevailing law.

Access to and use of Siokgi Media LLC's website is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Linking to our website must be authorize by Siokgi Media LLC.

Siokgi Media LLC may revise these terms and conditions by updating this posting.

LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY

EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL

Our performance under our contract with you will be temporarily on hold for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for the performance. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Events to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
